Memberships and Quality Certificates

Our clients demand high standards in the field of sewer construction from the companies carrying out the work. IWR GmbH, too, has decided to have its work reviewed externally by the Gütegemeinschaft Kanalbau on a regular basis. We are proud of the quality certificate for tendering and building supervision of open-trench sewer construction work we have received in 2016.

In February of 2015, based on his participation in DWA work-group 4.8 Hochwasserpass (‘Flood Certificate’), Mr Frederik Maurer was registered by the HochwasserKompetenzCentrum e.V. (HKC) as a qualified person for the issue of ‘flood certificates’ for residential buildings and small businesses on the basis of the standards defined by HKC. We are happy to report that this license was extended again.

Sustainability and harmony between ecology and economy are of very high value for us as IWR GmbH, Engineering Office for Water and Resource Management. Since March 2012 we are a proud member of Deutsche Vereinigung für Wasserwirtschaft, Abwasser und Abfall e.V. (DWA) and since June 2017 part of work-group ES-3.10. ‘Pneumatic systems’.
