A final BioSuck workshop will be held in Hanau on 28 September 2017. The research project’s findings so far will be presented. In the course of the event, reference cases of the decision support system (DSS) will be explained and simulated, in addition to a demonstration of the pneumatic sewer system as well as a lecture on its potential to save both costs and water. The BioSuck project group is international and supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. It consists of Fraunhofer UMSICHT, Norwegian University of Science and Technology Trondheim NTNU and the Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas Katowice IETU as well as IWR GmbH.
